Beetroot and berry smoothie bowls

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

  • 225g sliced ​​banana

  • 250g frozen raspberries

  • 300g frozen strawberries

  • 38g sliced ​​and peeled beetroot

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root, peeled and diced

  • 360ml almond or cashew milk

  • (optional) 1 scoop unflavored protein powder

TOPPING :
  • 1 cup (190g) fresh chopped berries

WHAT TO DO:

Prepare the beetroot and ginger root by first washing and peeling them, then chopping and measuring.

Combine the milk, banana, raspberries, strawberries, beetroot and ginger in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

Divide the mixture between two bowls and top each bowl with 1⁄2 cup fresh sliced ​​fruit of your choice. Serve immediately.
