
WHAT DO YOU NEED:

225g sliced banana

250g frozen raspberries

300g frozen strawberries
-
38g sliced and peeled beetroot
-
1 tsp fresh ginger root, peeled and diced
-
360ml almond or cashew milk
-
(optional) 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
-
1 cup (190g) fresh chopped berries
WHAT TO DO:
Prepare the beetroot and ginger root by first washing and peeling them, then chopping and measuring.
Combine the milk, banana, raspberries, strawberries, beetroot and ginger in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Divide the mixture between two bowls and top each bowl with 1⁄2 cup fresh sliced fruit of your choice. Serve immediately.
Tip: If you want a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas and extra protein powder ( RainPharma Golden shake ).
