Does SieroSanto provide a medical diagnosis?
No. We provide cosmetic and skin-improving treatments. In the case of unclear, severe, sudden, or changing symptoms, we refer patients to their GP or a dermatologist.
What if I don't know the name of my skin condition?
That is not necessary. Describe what you see, feel, and since when. We will determine what falls within cosmetic care and will be honest if further medical examination is advisable.
Can I get a treatment if my skin is very sensitive?
Often a mild approach is sufficient, but sometimes rest and barrier repair are needed first. We do not treat more intensively than your skin can responsibly handle at that moment.
