Hi, I'm Maarten, founder of SieroSanto in Ypres and passionate about everything related to skin, scalp, hair, and well-being.
What has always fascinated me is that true beauty is not about perfection, but about health. Healthy skin, a healthy scalp, and healthy hair form the basis of a natural appearance and more self-confidence. This conviction still forms the core of everything we do at SieroSanto today.
Over the years, I have specialized in professional skin improvement, scalp care, HeadSpa, and healthy aging. I continuously educate myself and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the beauty world. New treatments and products are only added to the SieroSanto menu when I am truly convinced of their quality and added value.
But beyond my work, I am primarily someone who enjoys the small things in life. You'll most likely find me outdoors, walking my dogs Kiba and Apollo, or enjoying a place where nature, tranquility, and design come together. This love for a warm, natural environment is also reflected in SieroSanto, which was deliberately designed as a green oasis where you can truly slow down.
And yes… as a true Virgo, I have a weakness for details. Luckily, that's only an advantage in my profession. I believe that the smallest details often make the biggest difference, both during a treatment and in the care you continue at home.
With this blog, I want to share my knowledge in an accessible way. Here you'll find honest information, practical tips, and well-founded advice on skincare, scalp, hair, ingredients, healthy aging, and the latest treatments. No hypes or empty promises, but clear explanations based on experience, education, and practice.
