1.Start Slow: Start applying your retinoid serum 2-3 times a week at night so your skin has time to adjust.
2.One pumpUse only a pea-sized amount and apply evenly to clean, dry skin. This is equivalent to one pump.
3.Build up gradually: As your skin becomes more tolerant, you can increase the frequency of use and, if tolerated, work up to daily application.
4.Always Use Sunscreen the Next Day: Because retinoids can increase sun sensitivity, apply SPF every day, even on days you don't use the serum.
