In the evening after cleansing, massage a few pumps over the face, neck and décolleté.
Follow with your regular Medik8 moisturiser. We recommend Advanced Night Restore, designed to be used after vitamin A.
Retinol application should be introduced gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. Consult a physician if you are breastfeeding or pregnant. You should always use sunscreen in the morning while taking vitamin A.
