The rare Arnica montana is a bright yellow aromatic wild flower that grows in mountainous regions of Europe.

It is often called the leopard's curse. In folklore, people discovered the power of arnica when they saw mountain goats seeking the arnica plant when they injured themselves after a fall.

Traditionally used as a natural remedy for bruises and sore muscles, arnica lends its anti-inflammatory properties to help soothe sore skin.
