Which code should I use?

When does the pre-sale end?
From September 6 to September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Is my purchase disc calculated before or after discount?
Always on the amount after Glowfest discount, excluding shipping costs.
Are the purchase limits cumulative?
No. You only receive the benefit of the highest tier you reach.
Is the pre-order gift in addition to my purchase disk?
Yes. Valid pre-orders will receive the extra gift in addition to the highest purchase tier reached.
Can I choose between pickup and delivery?
Yes. When checking out, choose to pick up at SieroSanto or to have it shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
Glowfest orders with shipping will be sent after October 3, 2026.
Can I exchange a free treatment?
No. Complimentary treatments from Glowfest purchase tiers are not redeemable for cash, other treatments or products.
