Apply after cleansing as the last step of your evening routine.

Apply an almond sized amount of Step 1 of HEO Mask to the face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye area.

Leave on for a few minutes and gently massage another almond sized amount of Step 2 of HEO Mask into the same areas. Leave on overnight.

Apply 2-3 times a week or as needed.
