New from Medik8, Smooth Body Exfoliating Kit™, instantly revitalizes rough, dry or uneven skin in just three steps. This powerful yet gentle trio of products with both AHAs and BHAs includes a scrub, glove and lotion. Together they work to soften visible skin imperfections caused by a common skin condition called keratosis pilaris.
The kit is suitable for all skin types and can also be used for very dry skin, ingrown hairs and an uneven fake tan.

Usage:

1. Use Smooth Body Scrub 2-3 times a week. Massage the Smooth Body Scrub over the dry skin with circular movements before showering or bathing. Leave it on for up to 5 minutes before rinsing off.
2. Use Smooth Body Mitt with or without Smooth Body Scrub. Use dry for a more intense exfoliation or damp for a gentler exfoliation. Gently rub the skin in light circular motions.
   Rinse regularly. Before first use and if necessary afterwards, wash on a 30° cycle and allow to air dry. It is normal for the fabric to gradually wear out with use.
3. Apply Smooth Body Lotion daily to areas of rough, bumpy or dry skin until skin texture is improved. Massage with gentle circular movements. Follow with sunscreen if necessary. The results can be maintained by applying 3-4 times a week.

Key ingredients:

*12% Lactic Acid (total)

A gentle AHA that gently exfoliates the skin while deeply hydrating it.

*2% Salicylic acid
An oil-soluble BHA that can penetrate clogged pores to break down build-ups of keratin and sebum, minimizing the appearance of plugs and bumpy skin.

*7% Urea
It is part of the skin's natural moisturizing factors and naturally draws water to the upper layers of the skin for hydration. It is also a powerful keratolytic agent, softening keratin plugs so they are easier to remove and skin remains soft and smooth.

*Moringa Butter
A next-generation antioxidant in a rich cream that forms an urban shield on the skin's surface to neutralize damage caused by environmental pollutants. It is also rich in oleic acid and can therefore strengthen the skin's natural barrier.

1. Smooth Body Scrub is a rich, moringa butter-infused formula that uses a two-pronged approach to exfoliation. Bamboo particles and natural pumice stone act as physical exfoliants that mechanically remove dead skin cells, while being very strong. Lactic acid works to chemically exfoliate the skin; breaking down the connections between skin cells and thus helping to initiate cell renewal for fresh skin cells. Using both methods can improve the skin's texture, clarity and radiance, while providing a rich, moisturizing effect on the skin.
2. The double-sided Smooth Body Mitt expertly removes dry, flaky skin and gently unblocks hair follicles, minimizing the chance of more keratin clots.
3. Smooth Body Lotion uses a powerful trio of chemical exfoliators; high resistance urea, lactic acid and salicylic acid to loosen pore blockages. The moisturizing properties of the lotion are enhanced by the ultra-nourishing complex. Antioxidant moringa butter protects and shields the skin from pollution damage, while shea butter and multi-weight hyaluronic acid nourish and hydrate the skin. Squalane helps strengthen the skin's natural barrier while retaining moisture in the skin for long-lasting smoothness.
