What are free radicals and antioxidants?
Free radicals are caused by stress, sun, excessive exercise, diets, environmental pollution and unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits. Free radicals affect the immune system and lead to fatigue and premature aging, among other things. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals by giving electrons to the unstable free radicals. In this way, antioxidants make the free radicals harmless. A nutritional supplement can be an addition to antioxidants that occur naturally in a healthy diet.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning with breakfast

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medicines or anticoagulants at the same time or if you have health problems. The use of turmeric is not recommended for people with a bile duct obstruction. Avoid overdose in case of a stomach ulcer (overconsumption can irritate the stomach lining).
