Term

If you purchase goods or services from us, you have 14 days from delivery or the conclusion of the contract to decide that you do not want to keep the goods. You can then cancel your order without penalty and without giving a reason. return (you will pay the costs yourself).
Within 14 days of receiving your order or you indicating that you wish to cancel the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price using the same payment method you used.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are therefore your responsibility . We will indicate the cost or provide an estimate if this cannot reasonably be calculated in advance. If the goods cannot be returned by post, we will collect them from you at no cost to you.

Refund

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Terms and Conditions

During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle your order and packaging with care. If you still wish to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep them. If you return the goods, please do so, if possible, in their original packaging, with all accessories supplied, and in their original condition.

Returns of items are only possible under the following conditions:

• Items show no signs of use
• Items come with attached labels and stickers
• Items are in original and undamaged packaging

You can return your package by post or courier.

Important! Make sure the products are properly packaged so they arrive undamaged.
