What is SieroSanto Loyalty Club?
SieroSanto Loyalty Club is our new rewards program, where we reward you for your loyalty to SieroSanto Loyalty Club. You earn points when you shop online at sierosanto.be, but also for other activities such as referring your friends, subscribing to our newsletters and of course for your birthday. Once you have collected 50 points, you can convert them into reward vouchers for discounts on future orders and take our program to the next level to unlock a whole host of extra benefits! It's simple: the more you spend, the more you save.
Who can participate?
Anyone with an existing sierosanto.be account will be automatically logged in and new customers will need to create an account to log in.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent, which you will receive max. 35 days after your order date. You can also earn points by referring friends, leaving product reviews, subscribing to the newsletter and more.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log into your account via the Me & SieroSanto Rewards page and you will see your points balance, for both approved and outstanding points, at the top of the page.
Why are my points showing as "pending"?
Points are shown as pending until they are verified. This applies to purchases, referrals, and reviews. Once verified, the points status changes to approved and you can convert these points into reward vouchers to get discounts on future orders.
Points for purchases will be approved max. 35 days after the purchase date.
Referral points will be approved max. 35 days after the date your friend placed the order.
Points for reviews are approved once the review is posted. This can take up to 10 days from the date the review was submitted.
What do the points statuses "approved", "pending" and "cancelled" mean?
Once you've logged in, navigate to the Me & SieroSanto rewards page . Here you'll find a summary of your history in the "Your Recent Activity" section, including points earned and spent, with a status for each activity.
Approved: These points can be immediately converted into reward vouchers.
Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed for reward vouchers. This typically applies to purchases, referrals, or reviews.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the points will change from 'pending' to 'cancelled'.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after the approval date.
I would like to send a review by email, but I did not receive the email.
Review request emails will be sent 30 days after the request date.
Will I get my points back if I return my order?
Yes - if all items in your order are returned and a full refund is given, the points will automatically be credited back to your account.
No - if you only return part of an order, you will not receive your points back.
Can I use my reward vouchers for another promotion?
No, only one voucher can be used per order and it cannot be used to purchase discounted products as part of a promotion.
Can I use my reward vouchers for sale items in the Winter Sale?
Yes, you can use your reward voucher to purchase any product at a discount in the sale.
What is Refer a Friend?
For each successful referral, the Referrer will be eligible to earn SieroSanto Loyalty Club points and the Referred Customer will receive a link that will grant him or her a discount that can be used on their first order.
Can I use my referral discount on another promotion?
No, referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Can I use my referral discount on sale products in the Winter Sale?
Yes, you can use your referral discount to purchase a discounted product as part of the sale.
How do I receive my Me&SieroSanto points when my friend places his first order?
Visit the SieroSanto Loyalty Club Rewards page and log in. After logging in, you will see your SieroSanto Loyalty Club Points balance. It will take some time for your account to be updated. If you have not received your SieroSanto Loyalty Club points more than 30 days after your friend made the purchase, please contact our customer service at hello@sierosanto.be .
Is there a limit to the number of friends or family I can refer?
No. Go ahead and earn as many SieroSanto Loyalty Club points as possible, as long as they are genuine referrals and the customer you referred qualifies.
What happens if a friend or family member I refer cancels or returns the order within 30 days?
Any outstanding points will be cancelled.
Can I exchange or return my birthday gift?
Please note that any birthday gift rewarded as part of the SieroSanto Loyalty Club program is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable once redeemed. If you have any issues with your gift, please contact our customer service team at hello@sierosanto.be .
How do I exit the program?
If you no longer wish to participate, please contact us at hello@sierosanto.be and request to cancel your subscription. We will cancel your subscription and you will lose all SieroSanto Loyalty Club points, available discount codes and benefits.
What happens if I log out and decide to log back in?
Simply contact us at hello@sierosanto.be and we will re-register you. You will lose your previous SieroSanto Loyalty Club points, discount codes and benefits.

How can I redeem my points?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, log into your account and navigate to the SieroSanto Loyalty Club .
Scroll down to the "Spend Points" section where you can convert your points into a rewards voucher to get a discount on your next order. Each rewards voucher contains a unique code that you must enter at checkout. Your points must be converted into rewards vouchers before they can be used.
You can view your reward vouchers and exclusive codes at any time in the "Your Available Rewards" section on the SieroSanto Loyalty Club rewards page. Simply click "Approved" for the reward voucher you wish to use to retrieve the code.
Please note that there is a minimum spend of €20 once the reward voucher has been applied at checkout. Only one reward voucher can be used per order and cannot be used with any discount codes or promotions that are active at the time.
Why is my reward voucher not being applied at checkout?
Please check that the amount in your shopping cart meets the minimum spend requirement of €20 once the voucher has been applied.
Please check that the unique reward voucher code has been copied correctly. Navigate to the 'Your Available Rewards' table to find your voucher and click 'Get Code' to check.
Can I use my vouchers for discounted products in the outlet?
Yes, you can use your voucher to purchase discounted products in the outlet.
I completed an activity to earn points, but the points are not showing up in my account?
Once you have completed the activities "Create an account", "Sign up for our newsletter" and "Follow us on Instagram", the points will appear directly in your account. Try refreshing your browser window if the dots do not appear. If the spots still do not appear after 48 hours, please contact our customer service at hello@sierosanto.be .
If you have completed the "Tell us your birthday" activity, points will be awarded on your birthday. If you have the "Crystal Deluxe" level, you have up to one month to choose your free gift from your birthday.
If you completed the “Write a Review via Email” activity, it may take up to ten days for these points to appear in your account from the date your review was submitted.
If you made a purchase, purchased a sustainable refill or a friend made a purchase through your referral link, these points will be awarded for a maximum of 35 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact our customer service at hello@sierosanto.be if the points do not appear 48 hours after the expected date.
I have converted my points into a savings card, but I cannot find the unique code?
If you have converted points into a reward voucher, it will appear in the "Your Recent Activity" table with the status Approved. Simply click "Approved" for the reward voucher you want to use to retrieve the code.
