How to use My&SieroSanto points

Points unlock vouchers in your account;

Vouchers can be exchanged for discount codes;

Discount codes can be entered (one per transaction) at checkout on sierosanto.be.

How to Earn Extra Benefits

We also reward loyal accounts with our level system;

When you make your first purchase, your account will be Crystal;

To unlock Crystal Plus, your account must spend €150 within 12 months of becoming Crystal;

To unlock Crystal Deluxe, your account must spend €500 within 12 months of becoming Crystal Plus;

Your level will remain on your account for 12 months from the day you reach your level.

What are the benefits of the level system?

Additional benefits within the tier system for the Crystal Plus and Crystal Deluxe tiers include 'Free Shipping with No Minimum Spend'. This only applies to our Standard Delivery option. For other additional benefits, please see our Mij&SieroSanto webpage for more details.

How referrers can earn Mij&SieroSanto points

Share your referral link with qualifying referral customers;

Eligible Referring Customers must i) click on the referral link, ii) place an order on sierosanto.be and iii) apply the discount code to their shopping cart;

Points will appear on your account as “pending” and will be awarded within thirty (30) days of completing a purchase by a referring customer;

Referrers can refer as many referring customers as they wish;

If Referring Customers cancel multiple times, we may disqualify the Referrer from the program;

Referrers will only earn points if the eligible referring customer uses the referral link to place an order on sierosanto.be;

Referrer points are automatically added to their accounts.

How referring customers get the discount code

To be eligible to participate, referring customers must be new customers (meaning they must not have an existing account or have previously had an account under an alternate email address or alias);

Use the referral link to place an order on sierosanto.be and apply the discount code to the shopping cart during the same session;

The discount code will be applied to the referring customer's first order and is only valid once.

Our program is only accessible for:

Residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen years of age;

consumers (not businesses);

Account Holders, Referrers and Referring Customers who meet the eligibility requirements and accept and comply with the general terms and conditions.

Our program is not valid:

or offered to companies for the purpose of generating affiliate leads, as determined in our sole discretion;

In combination with (i) other offers or promotional codes (ii) any bundle products/gifts that have already been discounted (iii) products that are already discounted or on sale.

In the event that a Referral Customer returns a purchased item or cancels an order (in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase), the discount code assigned to the Referral Customer will be void and no replacement discount code will be issued and all associated Mij&SieroSanto points may be voided. Discount codes cannot be claimed by Referrers.

If an Account Holder returns a purchased item or cancels an order (in accordance with the Terms of Purchase), any remaining Mij&SieroSanto Points awarded in connection with the cancellation or return will be deducted.

Any misuse of this program, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may result in the invalidation of any discount code and/or referral reward and/or Mij&SieroSanto points and/or disqualification from the program.

Mij&SieroSanto points and discount codes are non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent. If applicable, other discount codes or offers cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Discount codes can only be redeemed for products purchased on sierosanto.be and cannot be applied to previous purchases, taxes, shipping and handling charges or the purchase of gift cards. Upon termination of the program or any part thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation of a customer's account for any reason, all unredeemed discount codes and/or accumulated Mij&SieroSanto points may be forfeited at our sole discretion. Any unused discount codes or Mij&SieroSanto points will expire after 12 months.

We reserve the right to review, investigate and disqualify accounts where Mij&SieroSanto points or discount codes have been awarded in circumstances that violate the spirit of this program, such as attempting to obtain a discount code by self-referral using a different email address, or distributing a referral link through commercial advertising. We may delay or suspend the delivery of discount codes or eligibility for Mij&SieroSanto points for investigation purposes and may refuse to verify and process a transaction for any reason. If a referring customer subsequently cancels and/or returns an order, any related pending Mij&SieroSanto points will be deducted and a discount code may be revoked or voided at our sole discretion.

All personal information collected, processed and used as part of our program, including that of the Account Holder, Referrer and Referring Customer, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

Referrers may receive emails confirming their eligibility for Me&SieroSanto points. By clicking on a Referral Link, the Referral Customer acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent to the Referrer who provided the Referral Link as confirmation of the Referral Customer's purchase. Accordingly, Referral Customers should only use a Referral Link they receive from someone they personally know and trust.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify an Account Holder from the Program and/or close their account(s) if they: attempt to use this Program in an unreasonable manner (as determined in our sole discretion); violate any of these Terms and Conditions; tamper with the operation of this Program; violate any law, statute, governmental regulation, or the rights of a third party.

In the event of disqualification from the program or closure of a customer's account for any reason, all unredeemed Mij&SieroSanto points and/or discount codes may be forfeited at our sole discretion. All of our decisions are final and binding, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding whether a referring customer is eligible for a discount code or an account holder is eligible for Mij&SieroSanto points.

We reserve the right to cancel this program or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. However, this will not affect the use of existing qualifying Mij&SieroSanto points or discount codes.

We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, corruption, deletion, delays or failures in the operation or the software that provides this program. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check for updates.

Mass emailing, emailing to strangers, or otherwise promoting a Referral Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" is expressly prohibited in our sole discretion and may be grounds for immediate termination of an Account and deactivation of the Referral Link.

You indemnify us against all claims or legal proceedings that may be brought against us and against all losses or damages that we may suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We will not be liable for any financial or economic loss or for any consequential or indirect loss such as damage to reputation, lost bargains, lost profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of Mij&SieroSanto points, loss of discount codes or lost opportunities arising out of or in connection with this program (whether suffered or incurred as a result of our negligence or otherwise) except where such exclusion is prohibited by law in which case it will not be excluded or limited. Subject to the preceding sentence, our liability to you for all losses in connection with this program is limited to the equivalent monetary value of your qualifying Mij&SieroSanto points or discount code. No claim may be brought against us more than 12 months after a claim arises. You agree that the above limitations and exclusions of liability are reasonable. Your statutory rights are not excluded or limited except to the extent permitted by law.

By participating in this program, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
