Healthy and protein-rich chocolate mousse? You can prepare it in just a few minutes with the recipe below!

For 2 portions you only need 3 ingredients:

*3 scoops of Milk Chocolate Shake from RainPharma
*2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut yogurt
*2 egg whites


Mix the shake and yogurt together and beat the 2 egg whites separately.
Then carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
For a slightly firmer consistency, you can let the chocolate mousse set in the refrigerator for an hour.

Would you like to add some carbohydrates? Then use some blueberries as a finishing touch.

Would you prefer a praline chocolate mousse? Then try the Nuts about Choco , DELICIOUS!
