-
1 large sweet potato
-
4 tsp nut butter
-
285g chopped berries of your choice
-
(optional)1 tsp honey for drizzling
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Cut the sweet potato into 4 slices of about 5 cm thick. Use a large kitchen knife for this.
Place the sweet potato slices in the toaster and bake on the longest setting. This takes about 5-6 minutes. The sweet potato is done when the edges are golden brown and the center is still a little crispy.
While the sweet potatoes are baking, the berries can be cut, for example strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries are a good choice.
When the sweet potatoes are done, spread each toast with 1 teaspoon of nut butter and sprinkle with a few berries. Add a drizzle of honey and serve immediately.
Tasty!
