Deacidified vitamin C?
A synonym for vitamin C is L-ascorbic acid. But in the Super C Boost we use mineral ascorbates such as calcium and magnesium ascorbate instead of the acidic form L-ascorbic acid.

When processing vitamin C in the body, minerals are used to make vitamin C available for the various processes.
If these minerals are not immediately available, our body will obtain them from our own supplies.
That is why we have ensured that our vitamin C is bound to a mineral in advance (=deacidified). This way, it is used sooner and we save our own reserves of minerals.
With citrus bioflavonoids?
Citrus bioflavonoids have also been added to our formula. Bioflavonoids are the natural companions of vitamin C. So they are usually found together in natural food sources. By combining both ingredients in Super C Boost, we try to follow nature as much as possible.

Which daily dose?

Why spread it over the day?
We recommend spreading your capsules throughout the day and not taking them all at once in the morning. When taking 1g of vitamin C, the body has difficulty absorbing the full dose. So the message is to spread it out: 1 capsule with your breakfast and a second capsule with your lunch .
