• Has a moisturizing effect due to moisturizing oils such as coconut oil, almond oil and avocado oil.

• Best used in smaller areas such as knees and ankles.
• Good for plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the bottom of the foot/sole of the foot) or for tension headaches.

Tip:save & use less – you only need a small amount of balm.
