In the evening, for best results, start by cleansing the scalp with Micro-stimulating hair bath, apply to wet hair, massage and rinse, repeat if necessary. Dry hair thoroughly with a towel. On a clean scalp, create vertical sections of about 2 cm with a comb or your fingers, starting from the middle part and moving to the sides of the head, and apply Nocturnal hair remedy directly to the scalp. Continue on the back of the head, from the crown to the nape, with horizontal sections, continue applying the product directly to the scalp. Massage the 9 PAA points with your fingers in a circular motion, 3 times to the left and 3 times to the right. Leave the product on for a few minutes and dry if necessary. Do not rinse.
